Deer Ridge South

Occasionally a developer of a subdivision will have high conservation value lands that also serve as a centerpiece of the housing area. The Deer Ridge South Wetlands in Lake County are just such a place, on which WSLC holds a conservation easement, protecting the two-parceled 14 acres from encroachment.
